Regarding down time, our platform has a 99.99% up time with very few disruptions and you should not have to update the extension as often as you are needing to (this is the first time we've heard of this issue), this may be related to your Google Admin settings but we are more than happy to help figure this out. We would be more than happy to arrange a screenshare or phone call as we did before to see why Folio isn’t performing as you expect. Based on your feedback to that interaction, we thought the issues were resolved, but now it seems that you are still encountering issues.
